Westland Garryana 10-Year (10th Edition) American Single Malt Whiskey (700 mL) is a landmark release from Westland Distillery in Seattle, Washington. This is the first age-statement whiskey in their revered Garryana series, celebrating a decade of exploration with the rare Quercus garryana oak native to the Pacific Northwest. 

• Age: 10 years. 

• Proof / ABV: 100 proof (50% ABV).

• Cask Maturation: Matured in first- and second-fill Garry oak casks, with supporting casks of Pedro Ximénez sherry, rum, and ex-bourbon.

Tasting Notes 

Nose (Aroma):

• Mulled wine, clove, and walnut fudge brownie. 

• Lemon Danish pastry and forest moss. 

Palate (Taste):

• Rich and layered: s’mores, dehydrated strawberry, and toasted cumin seed. 

• Bright citrus / blood orange notes give freshness. 

• Subtle influence from rum and sherry casks: adds sweet fruit and dark spice. 

Finish:

• Long, evolving finish with dry tannins and earthy spice.
