Tasting Notes
Nose / Aroma
Sweet cooked agave is front and center. There’s also a noticeable minerality and a hint of saline / brine character. Citrus zest (lime, possibly grapefruit) adds brightness. Underlying herbal / vegetal notes, perhaps grassy or minty, appear. A touch of black pepper or white pepper spice rounds out the aroma.
Palate / Flavor
Flavor follows the nose: strong cooked agave, citrus peel, and minerality. The higher proof gives a vivid presence without being harsh. You’ll also find a gentle vegetal.
Finish
The finish is clean, somewhat dry, with lingering citrus, agave sweetness, and saline / mineral echo. The spice (pepper) may linger mildly.
