2019 Joseph Faiveley Chambolle-musigny 1er Cru "les Charmes"

Intense ruby red color and an attractive nose offering fresh red fruits, sweet spices, oaky notes and a touch of smoke. The palate is smooth and persistent with fruity, oaky notes that linger on the finish. This Chambolle-Musigny is a remarkably elegant wine with silky smooth tannins and a very distinctive finish.

The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes is perfumed and elegant, soaring from the glass with scents of roses, peonies, orange rind and sweet red berries. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and sensual, with melting tannins, succulent acids and a saline finish, it's one of the most ethereal wines in the range.

Classic ruby color. Bright and fresh aromas of red pinot fruit are liberally laced with plenty of floral and spice wisps. The delicious, rich and seductively textured medium-bodied flavors possess an opulent mid-palate that contrasts somewhat with the firm, clean, dry, youthfully austere and mildly warm finale.
