Bottled in September 2024 at 59.8% ABV, non-chill filtered, natural colour, in a tiny batch of 211 bottles

Tasting Note

• Nose: Fresh floral and honeyed tones—honeysuckle, chamomile, and a soft hint of tobacco

• Palate: Smooth malted barley, orchard fruit (apple, pear), honeycomb sweetness, vanilla, and cracked white pepper spice

• Finish: Medium length, clean and floral, with lingering orchard fruit and subtle spice

This Aberfeldy release is a beautifully balanced Highland malt—elegant yet potent, marrying floral, fruit and honey character with the deeper mouthfeel afforded by cask strength.
