• Cask Composition: Predominantly matured in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, with additional maturation in sherry-seasoned European oak and a subtle inclusion of ex-bourbon casks. 

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Golden amber with a warm, honeyed glow.

• Nose: Fragrant notes of honey blossom and orchid, intertwined with ripe peaches, jasmine, and gentle oak spice.

• Palate: Smooth and layered, showcasing sweet honey, orchard fruits, and delicate florals balanced by creamy malt, subtle vanilla, and a soft nuttiness. A refined tea-like character flows throughout, echoing Phoenix Honey Orchid’s gentle perfume.
