  • Before use, the oak was air-dried for 36 months, then toasted and charred to a medium level.

  • Bottled at 48% ABV, with no added color and non-chill-filtered to preserve the whisky's natural character.

  • Baked oats, rich butterscotch, and creamy toffee.
