Palate: Cinder toffee, balsamic glaze, cherry syrup, ginger loaf, creamy vanilla, shortbread, brandy butter, cloves, earthy and herbal tones.
Mouthfeel & Finish: Slightly light but savory and herbaceous, with wet soil, sea salt, roasted nuts, lemon peel, black pepper, leather, salted caramel, nutmeg, crystallized ginger, and coffee.
Overall Impression: Polished and charismatic, reminiscent of a vintage library with leather armchairs, butter cookies, prune and date cake, and caramel-drizzled ripe peaches.
