Tasting Notes

Nose (Aroma):
Vanilla and butterscotch up front, with subtle hints of strawberry and baked apple. You may also detect honey, barley, and light citrus or exotic‑wood undertones. 

Palate (Flavor):
Sweet and rich: honeyed sugar, pear, apricot, vanilla, and toffee. There’s a touch of spice (such as white pepper or nutmeg) and a soft cereal grain character in the background. 

Finish:
Long, lingering finish with cereal, caramel, vanilla, and a touch of white chocolate or nougat. Some reviewers describe a soft echo of spice or oak on the tail.
