Rebel Bourbon’s 10 Year Single Barrel is a premium expression from the brand built on a heritage wheated mashbill. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon is aged for a full 10 years in charred new oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). 
It’s part of Rebel’s “Single Barrel” line, offering a rich and mature flavor profile that steps up from entry‑level releases.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla bean and dark fruit (cherry, raspberry) lead, followed by toasted oak, caramel, and biscuit‑like baking spice (cinnamon, nutmeg). 
Palate: Smooth and full‑bodied. Flavours of rich caramel, dark cherry, honeyed wheat (from the wheated mashbill), gentle citrus peel and toasted oak. A touch of mint/menthol or fresh herb may appear in the background. 
Finish: Medium‑long and warm. Retains oak tannin, subtle spice, and a dryness balanced by residual sweetness from the wheat and caramel notes.
