Tasting Notes

Aroma

Ripe grape, honey, and brown sugar dominate—with hints of toasted oak and light raisin layered in. The Tokaji finish is immediately recognizable.

Palate

Rich fusion of rye spice and wine-influenced sweetness. Expect caramel, dark chocolate, raisin, orange zest, and leather with a creamy mouthfeel despite a dry oak presence.

Finish

Medium-length with dry oak, peppercorn, apricot, and lingering spice. The Tokaji influence tones down here, leaving a balanced and slightly tannic finish.
