• A tribute to Reynold “Blues” Hinds, the distillery’s longtime master distiller. He helped restore the still from memory after decades of disuse, enabling this release Made from 100 % Barbados molasses, aged 4 years in heavily charred ex-bourbon barrels, non‑chill‑filtered, and natural color 

• Limited-edition: only 5,004 bottles produced, each bottled at 58 % ABV

Aroma

Floral and inviting: expect pear, vanilla, nutmeg, leather, and honeyed overtones 

Palate

Rich and layered: grapefruit zest, oak, honey, and warming cinnamon, with undertones of nougat, allspice, and molasses cookie. Despite column distillation, it offers a creamy, unctuous mouthfeel Finish

Spice-forward, with gentle tannins drying the finish—balanced depth and warmth at high proof
