Composed of oak from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Virginia, these symphony barrels create a complex ecosystem that continuously enhances the incredible richness of the tequila as it matures for approximately 8 months. As the spirit transforms and evolves, these barrels bring to life something utterly unpredictable. Bottled at 45% ABV, Mijenta’s Symphony Series No. 2 showcases the terroir of our fully mature highlands agave complemented by notes of vanilla, coconut, fruits and spices imbued by the barrel.
