  • Made using Blue Weber agave sourced from single estates in each of the five states allowed in the Tequila Denomination of Origin: Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas.  
  • Each agave (from each state) is distilled separately, then blended to showcase the variation in flavor contributed by each terroir.  
  • No barrel aging — stays blanco to preserve the pure, fresh agave character.  
  • Production details include autoclave cooking (for the agave) under low pressure, roller-mill extraction, open air fermentation in stainless steel tanks, double distillation, using deep well water.  


Tasting Note 

 

  • Aroma (Nose): Caramelized coconut, vanilla, cooked agave; fruit notes like caramelized cherry and roasted pineapple; citrus hints (fresh lemon); spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom; herbal tones (mint, sage, fresh grass) and floral hints (roses).  
  • Appearance (Eye): Bright, luminous, silvery highlights; full-bodied for a blanco.  
  • Palate (Mouthfeel & Taste): Silky and sweet, complex; you’ll see roasted agave, herbal and floral notes, some minerality, spice, citrus.  
  • Finish: Smooth, lingering, with spice and agave and fresh herb/grassiness.
