Maestro Dobel Pavito Blanco Tequila is a unique and limited-release blanco tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. It is inspired by a traditional Oaxacan mezcal production method where ingredients are added during distillation to create additional layers of flavor.

During the final distillation, the tequila is infused with turkey breast (pavito), seasonal fruits, and spices, which gives the spirit a distinctive savory and complex character while still maintaining the bright freshness of a blanco tequila.
