• Tasting Notes

  Nose: Fruity and floral with orchard fruits (pear, apple), hints of apricot and banana, with light malt sweetness and subtle oak spice. Some editions show citrus peel and mild peat or smoke background.
  Palate: Clean malt character, vanilla and honey sweetness, stone fruits, light to moderate oak influence. The finish brings gentle spice, some dried fruit or chocolate undertone, depending on cask.
  Finish: Medium to long finish – layers of malt, a faint smoke (in lightly peated variants), warm oak, and clean barley grain showing through.
