Tasting Notes

Nose: A rich bouquet of dried dark fruits (figs, raisins), warm sherry sweetness, subtle peat smoke in the background, and hints of leather and dark chocolate.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth: the sherry cask brings rich fruitcake, toasted almond, vanilla, and a balanced peat smoke profile. There’s also a saline Isle character and warm spice (nutmeg / clove).

Finish: Long and warming — lingering peat smoke, dark fruit, subtle tobacco or leather edges, and a refined oak tannin lingering in the aftertaste.
