DISTILLED WITH TRADITION
Distilling soju with rice is a lost art. While most soju makers today use tapioca or potatoes, we distill our soju the traditional way with 100% rice and natural rock water from 150 meters below ground. This makes for a remarkably high-quality, clean taste.
ONGGI (MATURATION)
After the fermentation and distillation process the soju is matured in the breathing Onggi (Korean clay pots) for 180 days. This traditional method enriches the ingredients’ flavor and enables us to get a soft, clean, distilled soju.
CULTURED TASTE
Cultivating our soju using pure cultured microbes is essential to achieving and maintaining its clear, discerning taste.
PURIFICATION
KHEE is vacuum distilled which lowers the pressure and boils it at a low temperature. This allows for a simple, pure finish with every sip of soju.
