This limited edition of 2260 bottles was carefully chosen by Holmes Cay founder Eric Kaye in collaboration with the hosts of the Rumcast podcast. It is an unadulterated rum with no added sugar, color, or other flavors, either during distillation or in the blending process. It has grass, citrus, and pepper on the nose, clove and honey on the tongue, and a pop of hay and pepper on the finish.
