Tasting Note

Nose: Rich and layered: lush blackberry jam, fig syrup, heather honey, marbleized with polished mahogany, mocha, and a delicate sprinkle of cinnamon.

Palate:  Indulgent and velvety: treacle toffee, dark-chocolate ganache, and sweet malt unfold

Finish: Long, warm, and elegantly dry lingering sherry-soaked fruitcake, supple oak tannin, and roots of vanilla-malt sweetness.
