Crafted at the historic Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, this ultra‑limited edition straight bourbon whiskey is aged for 15 years and bottled at cask strength at 102.8 proof (51.4% ABV). 

Tasting Notes

  • Appearance: Deep amber with golden highlights, moderate viscosity in the glass.

  • Nose: Rich aromas of caramelised sugar, vanilla icing, dark chocolate, old leather‑bound books, and cigar box. Notes of toasted oak, toasted pecan, and subtle rye spice emerge upon swirl. 

  • Palate: Full‑bodied and confident: waves of maple syrup, blackstrap molasses, candied pecan, orchard fruit (pear, baked apple), baking spice (cinnamon, nutmeg), and a backbone of rye pepper and oak tannin. There’s a hint of smokiness and old‑barrel character. 

  • Finish: Long and warming lingering oak tannin, vanilla bean, dark chocolate, subtle leather, and a smooth rye‑spice afterglow. The proof gives it presence without being harsh; the age brings maturity and integration.
