Produced by Heaven Hill in Bardstown, Kentucky, this special release starts with Elijah Craig’s mature Small Batch Bourbon and is finished using toasted sugar maple and applewood staves—a nod to New York’s heritage (sugar maple = state tree; applewood = “Big Apple”).
