Elijah Craig 15 Year Single Barrel is one of the most age-stated releases in the Elijah Craig lineup from Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky. Each bottle is drawn from an individual barrel aged a full 15 years in new charred oak, then bottled at 108 proof (54% ABV) to preserve its full barrel character.

Mashbill: 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley
