Dos Ángeles Caídos Añejo is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, grown in Jalisco’s Amatitán/Los Valles region under NOM 1522. After distillation and fermentation using natural yeasts, the spirit is matured in oak barrels (French and American) with thoughtful aging to deliver depth and smoothness. It is additive‑free and aimed at the agave‑spirit enthusiast seeking both tradition and sophistication.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep golden‑amber colour with amber highlights; a slow‑moving body in the glass signals quality. 

• Nose: Rich aromas of oak, vanilla bean, cinnamon, olive leaf, and sweet pepper. With some rest, notes of hazelnut, chocolate and gentle spice emerge. 

• Palate: Medium‑to‑full body with excellent texture; flavors blend cooked agave sweetness, toasted oak, warm baking spices (cinnamon, clove), and subtle coffee‑bean or chocolate undertones. The oak influence is well‑integrated. 

• Finish: Long and elegant; lingering barrel toast, soft pepper or spice, mellow vanilla and agave returning to the palate in the aftertaste.
