Color & Body

• Deep golden-amber, showcasing decades of maturation in oak. 

Nose

• Rich aromas of heather honey, dried fruits (raisins, figs, plums), vanilla, and toffee — with hints of oak, leather, and subtle spice (cinnamon/clove) emerging with time in the glass. 

Palate

• Smooth and creamy — flavors of honeysuckle sweetness, butterscotch / caramel, baked apple & pear, stone fruit (peach, apricot), and dark chocolate or cocoa. Mid-palate may show nutty undertones and gentle oak spice or pepper notes. 

Finish

• Long, warming, and velvety — lingering honey and oak notes, with a soft trace of tobacco or leather spice and a subtle, refined smokiness or dryness at the tail end.
