• Castle & Key Distillery markets Restoration Rye as their flagship rye whiskey. It's crafted at the historic Old Taylor Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky.

• The mash bill comprises 63% rye, 17% yellow corn, and 20% malted barley. 

• The whiskey is aged for a minimum of 3 years and is released in multiple batches per year.  

Tasting Notes 

• Nose: Mint, apple pie, nutmeg, and orange peel

• Palate: Brown sugar, clove, and fig

• Finish: Confectionary finish with spicy cinnamon and allspice
