It’s non-chill filtered and sourced from a single, center-cut rack of 19 barrels, distilled in Bardstown, KY and bottled by Three Springs Bottling Co., in Bowling Green, KY.

The mash bill remains consistent: 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley

Color: Deep mahogany with red shadows and golden highlights 

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Begins with woody char and smoke, transitioning into toasted almonds, citrus/ orange, floral and cherry scents  .
  • Palate: Rich oak and warm rye spice unfold into cherries, dark fruit, baking spice, fresh-baked bread, and toffee; carries a subtle cornmeal dryness  .
  • Finish: Surprisingly gentle given its age—smoky, with lingering toasted grains and mellowed wood sugars
