Rarely seen as a single malt, which allows independent bottlers to present this spirit to whisky lovers, Dailuaine spirit is heavy and meaty thanks to the long fermentation period, quick distillation and the use of stainless steel in the condensers.
Based in Aberlour in Speyside, Dailuaine was once the largest distillery in the region and, although that's no longer the case today, capacity was increased by 25% in 2012.

Caramelised demerara sugar, well-done streaky bacon, plum fruit crumble.
Flavour:
Turkish delight, raspberry coulis, cherries.
