ABV / Proof: 45.0% (90 proof) 

Nose: Sweet vanilla and toasted oak dominate, with subtle hints of red fruit (think red berry or light orchard fruit) and gentle caramel undertones. 

Palate: Light and fruit-forward — flavors of pear or soft red fruit, malt sweetness, and a smooth oaky backbone. As it develops, notes of caramel, cocoa, and gentle oak spice emerge. 

Finish: Smooth and easy, with oaky caramel lingering and a faint cocoa or dark chocolate warmth on the tail end.
