Our Bluecoat Elderflower Expression uses the same base as our Bluecoat American Dry Gin, but is then rested on whole organic elderflowers. Our talented distilling team was eager to experiment with the delicate touch of elderflower, and the finished product represents a continuation of our local legacy in gin. 

Tasting Notes: Floral, bright, dry finish with a heady aroma.
