BarSol Pisco Puro Quebranta is distilled from 100% Quebranta grapes from the Ica Valley and bottled in one of the oldest distilleries in the ICA valley. Adhering to the classic pisco pot distillation method used for centuries in Peru, BarSol Puro Quebranta is crafted in small batches and distilled to bottle proof yielding an exceptional spirit of exquisite purity, clarity, and smoothness.

Pear, red apples, fresh cut grass complimented with dry fruit and pastry notes, fresh cream and cacao, balanced with delicate citrus notes.
TASTE
Ripe pear, red apples, red grape, citrus notes, roasted almond, walnuts and pecan, dark chocolate, cereal, dried apricot and ripe dark berry fruit.
