Tasting Note
Appearance: Rich golden-straw hue.
Nose: Spicy and savory think caraway, fenugreek, dill, mustard, rye toast, grilled cornbread, and roasted taro root.
Fruity and grassy touches include cucumber peel, black olive, bark mulch, cigar tobacco, coffee, and cinnamon.Â
Palate:
Extremely oily and creamy, with notes of peanut oil, coconut oil, tea tree oil, soy milk, and cocoa butter.
Elevated by Madeira influences—grapefruit peel, verjus, and gravel.
Finish:
Bright, tropical fruit continues passionfruit, mirabelle plum, banana peel with maritime minerality like chalk dust, flint, paraffin, and cedar smoke.
Adding water lifts coastal breeze, green apple, cloudberry, and marshmallow notes with a woody edge of wild mint and raspberry leaf.
