Eigashima Shuzo Akashi Goju 50 Sherry Cask White Oak Blended Whisky 750 ml is a distinguished Japanese blended whisky from Eigashima Shuzo, known also as the White Oak Distillery—one of Japan’s oldest family-run distilleries.

• A blend of wheat, rye, and malted barley, lightly peated to around 10 ppm  .
• Double distilled in copper pot stills  .
• Aged for 3 years in a variety of casks (new oak, ex-bourbon, ex-shōchū), then finished for approximately 2 years in ex-sherry casks, resulting in an average age of around 5 years  .
• Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof); “Goju” means “fifty,” referencing the higher alcohol strength  .
• Non-chill filtered  .
