• Produced by Eigashima Shuzo (White Oak Distillery) in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. 

• Aged for 5 years, first in Pedro Ximénez ex-sherry butts, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks. 

• Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). 

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Dark cherries, dried apricots, orange-zest, walnut skin, maybe a little cracked pepper. 

• Palate: Rich sherry character, raisins, vanilla, toasted oats, fig, black currants and nuts. 

• Finish: Lingering dried fruit, gentle spice, maybe a floral lift; smooth and warm.
