Named “Brumaire” after the early-morning fog that gently blankets the vineyards, this wine is crafted to showcase both bright fruit character and refined texture. It is barrel fermented and aged with attention to oak integration and acidity, delivering a wine that’s vibrant, structured, and polished.

• Appearance: Pale straw with faint golden hues.

• Nose: Delicate aromas of lemon blossom and orange blossom, with hints of key lime, crisp citrus peel, and subtle stone fruit. 

• Palate: Bright and lively acidity leads off, with flavors of key lime, crushed oyster shell minerality, lemon meringue and orchard fruit (apple, pear). There’s a creamy texture balanced by refined oak and a touch of baking spice.
