This is one of the most celebrated Hungarian sweet wines, coming from the storied Tokaj region, where Aszú wines have been crafted for centuries. The “6 puttonyos” designation reflects very high sweetness and concentration — a hallmark of classic Aszú, only produced in exceptional vintages when botrytis (noble rot) develops on Furmint grapes.
